Political journalism course entry requirements
The course is for anyone who is serious about journalism, especially if:
- you don't have the time, opportunity or money to go to college. Colleges may charge up to ten times more than we do - and few offer as much
- you're starting journalism later in life
- you're changing career
We look at every application individually. You may have A levels or a degree. But you must have commitment and good written English.
Political journalism course subjects
You will cover the NCTJ syllabus - plus photography, radio journalism and publishing software. So you'll be equipped to work in a multi-media environment.
What you'll study
Political journalism course duration and hours
The course usually takes around nine to 12 months. E-learning means you can work at your own pace and fit your studies around your lifestyle.
You can do extra work when it's quiet, and cut back if you're busy. And you can take time out if you need to.

Equipment
You'll need:
